Marsa Al Arab

Marsa Al Arab – Iconic Luxury

Marsa Al Arab is part of a wider premium development led by Jumeirah Group and Dubai Holding, which will span over 16,000 square meters of reclaimed land. The resort will represent the centerpiece of a broader development by Dubai Holding featuring a limited collection of six-bedroom marina villages and an 83-berth superyacht marina.

The project will also feature exclusive sea-facing 386 rooms and suites, four luxury penthouses, and 83 hotel apartments, all set within lush private gardens. Furthermore, we will see a super trendy boardwalk shaping up along the coastal area where the premium hotel is being developed. Marsa Al Arab will mark a new era of luxury hospitality for the Jumeirah Group, offering exceptional beachside living with endless views of the Arabian Gulf. The venture will see Dubai reinforcing its global position as a top tourist destination.

Estimated for completion in 2023, Marsa Al Arab will be occupying a prime position alongside the famous Burj Al Arab hotel and Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The five-star hotel will emulate the shape of a superyacht, indicative of Dubai’s rapid progression over the years. Bringing luxurious beachside living to the shores of Jumeirah, Marsa Al Arab will surpass all expectations of guests and affluent investors, positioning itself as an iconic addition to Dubai skyline with its signature properties. The inspirational project will surely make waves and create exceptional experiences for guests seeking supreme luxury.

Above all, it is safe to say that a unique product such as Marsa Al Arab is guaranteed to fetch a 30 percent premium on the market, with high-net-worth buyers who are looking to invest in eccentric luxury property in Dubai.

Exclusivity with Iconic Design

Being a resident or a guest of Marsa Al Arab will ensure to elevate your journey and connect you to the finest and most unique experiences throughout the resort. Curated for your comfort, exclusivity and supreme privacy, the hotel and serviced residences address the ever-evolving needs and expectations of the elite for bespoke services.

Unique to the resort is the futuristic ergonomic superyacht design brought to life by Shaun Killa. He was also involved with the development of the Burj Al Arab hotel. The fluid undulating façade of the building is inspired by the superyacht silhouette reigning supreme over the ocean and always pointing forward. Furthermore, the premium suites and penthouses follow the yacht contour of the structure showing 11-meter-wide retractable floor-to-ceiling glass walls with four-meter-high ceilings.  This ensures all-around framing views of the Arabian Sea and the resort’s new superyacht marina for all residences. Adding to these highlights will be the lush gardens around the resort, dotted with secluded cabana areas and the hotel’s green terraces and water features to replenish your senses.

Marsa Al Arab interiors are designed by French designer Tristan Auer in partnership with Wilson Associates. Together, they recreate soothing spaces, and calm interiors showcasing a neutral colour palette of cream, brown, and caramel.
